JAMS LOGISTIC collects information when you fill out a profile.

A complete JAMS LOGISTIC profile that includes professional details – like your job title, education, and skills – helps you get found by employers / recruiters for job opportunities. After you create an account, you may choose to provide additional information on your JAMS LOGISTIC profile such as descriptions of your skills, professional experience, and educational background and other personal and professional information. Providing additional information enables you to derive more benefit from our Services by helping you express your professional identity and help employers or recruiters find you.

JAMS LOGISTIC also receives more general information from you as a result of your visits to, and use of, the Website. This general information does not identify you personally, and can include information such as your IP address, the date and time you access the Website, length of time you spend on the Website, your browsing history (recorded by the text and graphics files that compose that page), the Internet address of the website from which you linked directly to its Website, and other such information. Please note that employers / recruiters registered on JAMS LOGISTIC will have access to your profile information that you have created when they search for professionals who are members on JAMS LOGISTIC.

JAMS LOGISTIC will not be held responsible for any unauthorized access by third parties and cannot guarantee that the Personal Information provided by you or that is transmitted via this Website or by email is totally secure and safe. We may process your information outside the country where you live. We may transfer your information and process it outside your country of residence, wherever JAMS LOGISTIC, its affiliates and service providers operate.

You can change your JAMS LOGISTIC information at any time by editing your profile, deleting content that you have posted, or by closing your account. You can also ask us for additional information we may have about your account.

You have a right to access, modify, correct, or delete your personal information controlled by JAMS LOGISTIC regarding your profile, or change or remove your content, and close your account. Your public profile may be displayed in search engine results until the search engine refreshes its cache.

For example, we may keep certain information even after you close your account if it is necessary to comply with our legal obligations, meet regulatory requirements, resolve disputes, prevent fraud and abuse, or enforce this agreement.

The applicant shall be responsible for all information , modifications , corrections and amendments filled/ interned by him through the website and Jams will bear any kind of responsibility for this all information , modifications , corrections and amendments toward the applicant (job seeker )or any other party , the applicant shall indemnify JAMS against any loss, damages, and claim whatsoever its nature arising from and or related to the applicant information.
